Claims and compensation

  • To make a claim must inform myHermes in writing within 28 days the goods were delivered
  • Claim form must be returned completed within 14 days of date myHermes provided it
  • Maximum compensation the lesser of either £25 per Parcel; or the cost of repairing the damaged Goods, or the value of the of the lost or damaged Goods (as  reasonably determined up to a maximum of the price you paid or were paid for the Goods).
  • Late delivery limited to refund of charges
  • Enhanced compensation available prior to delivery
